PREAMBLE

The society registered under Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1976 in established 1976 and working for the social and economic development of Backward Classes families.

The society is affiliated to Andhra Pradesh Backward Classes cooperative society limited, Hyderabad and working under the guidance and as per the targets fixed by the Managing Director, APBCCFC Ltd., Hyderabad.

The BC population is 7,51,324 constituting 33.90% of the district population of 1991 census.

. A number of schemes i.e., (ISB) for unemployed BCs are sanctioned and training programmes are imported to the unemployed BC youth.

Targets And Achievements

There are both bank linked and direct loaning programmes. Some of the schemes are minor irrigation through lift irrigation schemes, community irrigation wells, supply of electrical motors and oil engines.
Since inception of the society 83,980 B.C beneficiaries have been benefited under different schmes with financial out lay of rs.2042.84 lakhs in te district up to 30t june,2005.

During 1976 to end of March, 2004 Rs.2011.63 lakhs was incurred for sanction of various schemes. Year wise break up is given below.
